This image was created using only Adobe PhotoShop 4. The original picture was a black and white photo taken from the internet which is given below. After masking the model, the background was removed. The whole layer was then Colourised pale blue with a low Saturation value. A number of coloured Omni Lights where next applied to the layer faintly colouring both the model's hair and face.

The neon background was created with the use of the Isotope filter found in the DSB Flux plug-in. By adjusting the Isotope Levels, the background was completed. A similar layer was created and put on top of the model's layer. This was darkened greatly and used to Screen the lower layers. To finish the image, the Blast filter (found in the same plug-in) was applied both from the left and right onto identical copies of the model’s layer and then Colourised.
