Swimming Pool

This image was created in Adobe PhotoShop 4. The girl is an image taken from the internet and the original picture is sown below. The simple background was masked out and a number of filters ran to improve the foregrounds colouring.

The background started off as a black and white stained glass effect generated within PhotoShop. These were then coloured and a perspective calculation applied. A Ripple distortion was then applied along with a number of delicate Omni Lights.

To further improve the representation of a swimming pool, water surface reflection was needed. This was done with the use of black and white difference clouds with more delicately coloured Omni Lights. This new layer then had its layer option changed to screen so that the black areas became transparent. To complete the image the most distant areas were blurred.
