Tia

This image was created using Adobe PhotoShop 4. The face was taken from an image copied off the internet. The image is shown below. This was Air Brushed and Colourised before removing the unwanted surrounding areas. The eyes and lips were then masked and edited separately giving them different colours and highlights.

The borders were created using the Isotope Filter found in the DSB Flux collection of plug-ins. To do this the Isotope layer was copied and Translated many times to achieved the coloured curves.
